Delivery Options Policy
Delivery will only be affected through the designated logistics company, Aramex or any other selected courier services will make delivery to the stipulated destination specified by the customer. Note that the delivery processes is fully automated and as such please place your order during a time that delivery would be possible for you during working hours at the supplied address.
Delivery Costs Policy
Costs for deliveries within the Republic of South Africa will be as reflected upon checkout per delivery and although shown separately from the purchase price is included in the transaction once the "PayU Checkout" process has been begun. Costs for deliveries outside the Republic of South Africa are to be quoted before process has been begun. 

Dispatch and Delivery Time (Dependent on Delivery Option Policy)
Delivery requires 2-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation in major centres however as third party couriers are used in outlying areas we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Should you for any reason wish to cancel or return your purchase you must take the items in question, in their original packaging, to your school's clothing lounge within 30 days of having received the order. The lounge operator will assist you in completing the return process where after you will receive a store credit for the value of goods you returned as per the current listed prices. Returns based on latent defects of the product will be refunded so as to include the shipping fee initially paid but only up to once per order. You will then be able to re-order the items in question immediately. Note that we may not be able to take items back that cannot be resold due to damages or stains.

Your rights in terms of the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.
